Altruist is a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Under SIPC, assets held in custody are protected up to $500,000 in value, including $250,000 in cash awaiting reinvestment. Altruist also provides additional coverage in excess of SIPC through Lloyd’s of London.
